Uni Projects

Over the high school and university period, I have participated in and worked on numerous clubs and projects such as:

  • Korean Discovery Club (KDC) - Foreign Trade University (2022-2024)

  • Music Incredible Club (M.I.C) - Hanoi University of Science and Technology (2021-2023)

  • Kimlien English Club (KEC) - Kim Lien High School (2022)

  • "Youth Race: Beyond Your Limit" project (2022)

  • And many other volunteer projects

 

However, the most notable imprint is my role as the Head of Communication and External Affairs at KDC, one of the most influential clubs within the student community on and off campus. Becoming the head of this department has equipped me with both specialized skills and soft skills necessary to be an effective leader. Engaging in club projects has given me more experience in developing plans, setting timelines, preparing documents, and engaging with businesses. KDC operates consistently with over 500 members each year, which has familiarized me with planning and executing communication campaigns on a large scale.

MULTI-SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

I've managed all 4 platforms of the club: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This includes:

  • Developing communication plans and timelines

  • Creating content

  • Overseeing media communication materials and design

  • Establishing partnerships with businesses, negotiating sponsor benefits

  • Anticipating campaign communication risks

  • Running advertisements for event posts and MV projects

DEVELOPING SPONSOR PROPOSAL

Maintaining partnerships with 20+ sponsoring entities, including expertise and media sponsors such as Color Me, Korin Korean Language Center, The Korean School, Korean Cultural Center, Youngone, ST Lighthouse, TocoToco,... Additionally, I regularly send emails to sponsors to foster and nurture close relationships, facilitating a closer connection for mutual benefits and shared values between them and the club

All events are organized citywide with no age restrictions. On average, the target Page Reach increases by 150,000 - 200,000 and Page Engagement increases by 75,000 - 100,000. Post-event results measurement shows a relatively close alignment with the set targets, with the ad delivery rate reaching 80% of the planned target.

The club operates simultaneously in both professional and hobbyist domains. Therefore, in addition to regularly organizing workshops, competitions, and talk shows revolving around cultural and language themes, I also oversee the communication and imagery for a series of music projects and performances at competitions both within and outside the university.
